The hotel is convenient, clean, and the staff is gentle. the beds were very comfy. the room was neat, huge, and had free Wi-Fi.

Appreciated the place, had a fantastic stay during my nights stay. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, satellite television, climate control and an individual safe. Bidet in the private bathroom was a plus. The staff was very nice all day long. Everything was simply spotless.

Thoroughly enjoyed the well cleaned room on level 5.

The staff went above and beyond to fulfill all our requests, bending backwards to help us. The location was excellent, right at the entrance of the famous Gold Souk, and within walking distance of many vegetarian restaurants, various shopping malls, and even the metro. The staff was friendly, helpful, and provided us with great assistance throughout our stay.
